The most negative online shopping experience I have ever had. I did not like the boots and wanted to send them back but they would not give me a return address at first. They finally did and then I never received my refund and they do not respond to my e-mails. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Also, I think the Ugg boots are fake.
