Do not in ANY circumstances buy UGG boots from this company. I ordered a pair of black classic UGG boots in January and when they arrived they were clearly fake and not made of sheepskin. I have only worn the boots twice and both times the fur inside shed constantly and left a trail of black fur behind me. The fur inside is also coming away from the actual boot. I can tell the boots are not sheepskin because they make my feet sweat which does not happen with genuine sheepskin. They are most definitely a very cheap imitation which you could buy for a fiver on the high street!

I contacted the company as I wanted to return the boots and they have replied to the effect that if I return the boots they will charge me 35% of the cost for shipping. They have also refused to provide an address for me to return the boots despite my asking 3 times. This is still ongoing and I expect I'll never receive a refund or be able to return the boots !!
