I ordered 3 pairs of UG Boots on 21 December and was quoted a 5-9 days delivery time. I still have not received the boots. The email address on the order page does not work, nor does the weblink where I ordered the boots exist anymore. I have contacted my credit card company, who are investigating. I notice others have tried to order UGG boots and not received and shamed the company through this web site.

Lo and behold today three pairs of boots were delivered - VERY OBVIOUS COUNTERFEITS! These boots are not made of sheepskin, they were stuffed in a plastic bag, not box with recognisable UGG holographic logos, one pais hasn't even got a logo!

No return address for them to be sent back to either. I will put this in the hands of customs and will work with my credit card company to get the money back.
