They are putting me and several others at risk of identity theft
Scam - I refused the shipment after finding out from UGG direct that their products do not ship from China, but from here in the U.S. I disputed the charge on my credit card and now they have all my private information listed on a website stating that I am a "on-line shoplifter" They are putting me and several others at risk of identity theft.

No tracking number, no shipper information
Have ordered a pair of boots for my GF and a week later emailed them to find a status. I was emailed the next day saying it would be 5-6 days. I immediately emailed them back to ask if was 5-6 days from the email date, or 5-6 days from the date the order was placed. they didnt respond to that email. Days later, I forwarded my second request for clarification, when will it be delivered, from what date, etc. Their response was a single one line 8-10 days! and a Thank You. No tracking number, no shipper information and now its 8-10 days LATER than it was a wek ago that was only supposed to be 5-6 days. I wasnt rude in any emails sent, just looking for clarification. This is a really bad way to do business, and from reading the reviews, I would tend to think the good reviews were written by friends or employees of the company. Will give an update if / when I get them, but I am not optimistic.

Another rip off company
I ordered several pairs of Uggs from Uggboutique.com. One pair was the wrong size, I emailed them as to how to get a size exchange, followed their procedure, returned the Uggs and have heard NOTHING back from them. I sent a follow up email and still have gotten no reply.

Very disappointed
I ordered a pair of uggs on 12/29 and still have not received them. It is now 2/16. I have emailed the company and have not heard back from them. I am very disappointed and hope that no one else is put in this same position.

Scammers and liars
I ordered UGG boots from this website for my daughter for Christmas on 12/1/2008. I immediately received an email that my order had been placed and the funds were charged to my credit card that day. I did not hear another word from the company until I emailed their Customer Service on 12/19/2008. They replied on 12/22/2008 that the boots cleared US Customs at approximately 10am on 12/21/2008. I still have not received the boots. I emailed their Customer Service again on 1/2/2009 and have not received a reply. This is 1/6/2009. Their website claims that they respond to all emails within 24 hours. Based on other complaints I have read on this and other websites, I'm afraid I've been ripped off by this Company. I've initiated a claim through PayPal, but based on other customers complaints, I'm not expecting to get a refund.

The most unprofessional and unethical company
This is the most unprofessional unethical company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I feel like an idiot to have shopped there. The UGGS are fake and when I tried to cancel the order I was threatened with mail and credit card fraud. I did get the fake boots and I mailed them back almost a month ago following their return instructions. Nothing ... they will not even give me the curtesy of responding to my emails. I feel so stupid and hope that no other trusting unassuming consumers are taken in.

Frustrating experience
My daughter purchased a pair of Ugg boots from UggBoutique on November 29th, 2008. I’ve struggled with their non-existent customer service department enough that I logged my experience on a webpage:

Do not order from them
I ordered the tall ugg for a gift. Ws told they would ship in 3-4 days. NEVER heard a word for 10 days. emailed and was told be at my home in 3-4 days...i began to get suspicious and only then did I google them and saw that they were fakes. Thats when the trouble began...unbelievable rude and nasty when I cancelled my order. I called my bank to complain and they are now investigating. I denied the package and will hopefully get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! THESE ARE FAKE!

Should be driven out of business
The UggBoutique recently sold me fake Uggs for $120USD. When i tried to return them, they told me that their boots weren't fake, how could they possibly be fake when "Ugg" just means a kind of shoe, like a cowboy boot or a running shoe.
When I disputed this claim and asked for a refund, they refuse, they threatened me with personal harm, google searching me and citing mine and my mother's home addresses and telling me "don't push this further".
Ugg Boutique is completely aware that they are selling fake boots and passing them off for the real thing. They are unethical, threatening, disturbing people and you should not purchase anything from them, ever. they should be driven out of business permanently.

Still waiting for order
