I ordered a pair of Ugg Classic Short Pink boots from uggclassictallsale.com on Dec 12, 2010. They immediately charged my Credit Card for $89.99. I was notified 2.5 weeks later by An Lin that the pink ones were Out-of-Stock, and that I should not expect a refund: "please choose another color". I could see that I was not going to be able to get a refund from an uncooperative Chinese company. To minimize my damage, I ordered a pair of Ugg Classic Short Chestnut boots in US Size 9. A pair in US Size 10 arrived ten days later, poorly packaged in a simple bag with no protection. I told uggclassictallsale.com about the size error, and An Lin told me that they had sent me a US Size 9, and besides, I could buy shoe inserts to make them fit. I asked for an exchange for a US Size 9, and was told that shipping between countries would be too expensive for an exchange. She offered me 10% off if I ordered the US Size 9 again. Do not buy from uggclassictallsale.com! They are unethical, and only concerned with their own profits!

I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots on December 8, 2010. They guaranteed shipping within 7 days to my door, as of December 30, I do not have them. I can track them, they are still on the plane at this time en route to the United States. I have emailed them and they do respond, saying weather, etc. They didn't even ship them out of their warehouse until 12/15/10. Just disappointed, but my fault for not ordering directly from UGG. Lesson learned!
