I ordered two items from this website and was charged for both. I only received one of the two items. I tried to contact them about this matter and their response was that if I provided another 50.00 they would send the flip flops because that is how much it cost to send them from China.

Bought a pair of ugg boots from UGGFAD.com and their site says the usual that they are authentic and if not satisfies they will return your money, if you want an exchange they pay for the shipping of new pair.

I received the boots and they were too small, i emailed them regarding a return address so i could exchange them, they replied that i need to pay $90 for the new boots to be shipped, $45 to return and another $45 for new ones to be shipped!! I sent them a copy of their exchange policy from their site and they keep sending the same reply: you pay $90 and we send new boot.

I have reported them to BBB, FTC, every site I can find, and have sent copies of the reports filed directly to the owner listed for co. found that at whois lookup, still no response.. Since this started, i took boots to mall and compared them to uggs there and they are definitely fakes. do not buy from this com. the owner David Huang is a fraud and should be prosecuted.

i purchased a pair of ugg boots from this company. their site states on their home pag. that 100% satisfaction or we will refund your money. received the boots, were too small, so i emailed the company to request an exchange form. After searching on the site, found the return and exchange poicy, which said that for an exchange the cost of the return was customers responsibility, but the shipping of new item was paid by them. then received email saying in order to exchange the boots i would have to pay $45 to ship them and another $45 for the new onew to be shipped. $91 to exchange for correct size for pair of boots that only cost 120!! this company is a ripoff!! do not buy from them.
