I also failed to research this vendor properly and placed on order for £76.89 to find that £88.86 had been taken from my card. I notified my card providor that I felt the sale was fraudulent but they would not cancel the transaction and referred me back to the merchant. The merchants website gives 8 hours to cancel orders which I did only to be told I have to pay a $25 restacking fee. I now have no boots, no refund and a lesson learned.

i ordered a pair of uggboots from this website on 5/12/09 & STILL haven't recieved them, to this day 1/1/2010, i have been tracking my order via dpex.com/& the goods aare STILL @ the same place since 9/12/09, i have been speaking to numerous customer service staff, who all tell me not to worry, but the company has taken the money from my account, just recently when speaking to c/s i was informed that they had a problem with their local dpex company, & when i asked them if the problem had been sorted they abandon the conversation, which makes me VERY SUSPICIOUS does any 1 know if this webite is genuine? ps, when i also tried to check my paypal account there was no transaction that i could see of, i put in the id code & it came up NOT VALID
