I purchased some uggs boots off the above website and they were damaged I have tried to contact the website but to no avail I have got in contact with my credit card company and they have sent on the name of the website to me I was wondering if you could help me out. I purchased them on the 26 /27 th December 2010 and received them late in January

I placed an order for 2 pairs of Uggs boots. The money was deducted from my account the say day within minures of submitting my order on line. I wanted to check the status of my order on line and was lead to a Complaint Board where I was able to read numerous complaints regarding these boots. I tried clicking on the same email advertising these boots and the website was no longer available. Right after I called my bank and made a complaint regarding this website and the pymt that was already deducted from the bank account.
To this day I still unable to locate the manufacturer

I have been ripped off by www.UGGSONSALER.com!!! I ordered the Classic Tall Uggs back on December 13th (paid with my bank card because my PayPal was messed up) and didn't get a confirmation for my order after placing it. I e-mailed the the webmaster right away about how that was very unprofessional and nothing on their site was customer friendly as they claim it to be. They took $87 and change for the boots on Dec. 15th and it showed up in my account on Dec. 16th. The charge to my account was taken by a company called www.AIRKICKSE.com, which i did NOT authorize. I authorized the payment to come from www.UGGSONSALER.com. There was nothing on the site saying those two sites were even linked to eachother. However, there is a www.airkickse.com but they deal only with sport sneakers and don't have Uggs on there at all!!! Anyways, some Chinese man/woman (the webmaster) e-mailed me back on the Dec. 16th with a tracking number and link to an EMS international shipping site out of CHINA which was aparently supposed to connect to USPS!!! That was the first news to me that they were in CHINA for goodness sakes!!! I knew for certain then...that i would be ripped off. They had nothing on their site indicating that they were out of CHINA. I was soooo upset!! Since the so called webmaster emailed me that tracking number i haven't hear from him. I've made multiple attempts to contact them with no response. Today is January 18th and still NO boots!! They never left CHINA! At first the tracking number showed some activity (which i think was a hoax) and then after about 3 weeks or so of it not moving the tracking number didn't work anymore! I contacted USPS International before the 3 weeks were up and they said it's not moving and most likely won't. They advised me to call my bank or to contact Paypal, etc. I am now waiting for a response from my bank. I am hoping they will stand by me and reversed the charges. It is clear that this whole thing was fraud. This unauthorized transaction should be reversed for sure because again i did not authorize www.airkickse.com so take my money!!! These company's are still active on the web and are still ripping innocent people off!!! At least some people received boots even though they were fake. In 1 word..."FRAUD" !!! These sites need to be shut down! Why hasn't anything been done about this yet??????
