I received the wrong boots and have been attempting for over a month to return them. The company "customer service" will NOT give me the return address to ship the boots for a refund. This is one of their responses:

As you can see, there's a reason they won't give anyone a telephone number to call. Not only do they have a horrible grasp of the English language, they are mathematically challenged as well. They offered me a $20 discount on another pair of boots instead of refunding my $90 I spent on the wrong boots. I'll never spend another dime with this company!
