Fake UGGS
I ordered a pair of UGGS for my daughter for christmas. When I received them everything seemed ok, well when my daughter opened them, they were two different colors. I have been for a month trying to send them back and get my money. They wont give me their address and they keep trying to bargain my refund everyday its back and forth. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, next is the Federal Trade Commission! I will not give up on getting my money back!!

UGG BOOTS NOT REAL
I brought bailey bottons bottons and the said the were real but they were fakes. They told me the would cost me 71.99 and they charge me 110 dallors. dont buy from them they havent contact me back to tell me how to send them back and if i do send them back i have to pay more money.

Scam Artist
I ordered Uggs from this web site on 2 Dec. I immediately realized something was wrong because I did not receive an order acknowledgement/ confirmation. You can't contact the company by phone, so I tried contracting them via email. Low and behold, the email addresses are bogus too! I contacted my credit card company right away. More bad news! The total sale price was $70.00, but they charged me an additional $23.00 for shipping. Turns out the company operates out of Shanghai, China. I recently checked the web site, and the same boots that I ordered for $70.00 are now selling for $77.00, so~ it appears they plan on scamming more people out of more money. I have yet to receive any information from this company and am in the process of letting my credit card company deal with these folks. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. They are definitely BAH HUM BUG.

CHARGED BUT DIDN 'T RECIEVE
I ordered ugg boots for my grandaughters birthday, but never recieved them.I contacted the only address i have which is [email protected], & recieved an e-mail from someone called Ada who promised to look into this and get back to me. I'm still waiting.Meanwhile i've recieved my credit card statement & guess what? My payment was made to GREATSALE2YOU.COM.I'm quite sure i've seen the last of the 64.58they have taken from me.I'd like to know why they are still being allowed to trade. |

No order was placed
I was in the process of purchasing a pair of uggs and as I was going to chose my payment method, it redirected me to a pay website. After giving my information, I was automatically charged from my bank account and I went back to the Uggs website to find that my order was never placed, yet I was charged. If anyone has ever purchased anything from here, please let me know. I need my money returned!!

No refund yet
I ordered boots in Dec and returned them in January and still have not recieved my refund. I call and the # does not work does anyone have a different # for them. Or does anyone know what is going on with this company???

Fake quality/bed customer service and wrong order
I ordered EGGS shoes in Black color and size 8, after my prompt payments I received package with faked UGGS in original box with different color and different size
After I contacted Customer Service and indicated my problem, they asked to send pictures with wrong size and they admitted that problem on their side
I did not hear anything back from them since then ...Be aware ...Before you order ask me for pictures and emails

After years of debating whether she should shell out a few hundred bucks to buy a pair of Uggs, my sister finally bit the bullet and purchased a pair from http://www.uggstore.ca (because she couldn't find the color she wanted in the stores). Now, it turns out that they're not the real thing, and she doesn't have a shipping address to return them within the required 7 days, since they were sent directly from China, instead of Vancouver. The return address is in Chinese. Does anyone have a return address for RiseBeauty, Inc. This is the company behind this scam. BUYER BEWARE.

FAKE SHOES
i ordered a pair of uggs from this website and NEVER recieved my tracking number. Then everything on the website was expired. I then recieved my package which was shipped from somewhere in china. The website never said it was coming from there. I opened the box and they looked so fake. i tryed to contact the website and all i got was an email asking for my order id then they havent wrote back since i told them shoes looked fakee !! what should i do ? i want my money back ... HELP if you kno where to go for my money backk

NO BOOTS_ NO REPLY!
I should have known better...looking for a deal on Uggs as Christmas present...$99.00 !!
Got a confirmation of order, and a charge to my credit card...but nothing else. Emails get returned, no such address...etc.
Dumb me!
Now, has anyone followed up to see if we can get our credit cards reinbursed? or are we out of luck!!?
Any ideas for followup??
I am sick about this!!
