Did not receive product
Again i did not receive my ugg boots ordered for my daughter for christmas. Again emailed many times asking to cancel and had no reply and the funds were immediately taken from my account and have never been refunded. I don't understand how this bogus company can trade and get away with stealing. I hope it all comes back and bites them on their big fat huge behinds MERRRY CHRISTMAS!!!

ugg boots
i orderded ugg boots on the 19th nov to be told my payment hadn't gone through, so i re ordered using a pre paid credit card, payment went through, the original order went through on 25th nov even when i told them to cancel it, so now have 2 pairs being shipped, i am still waiting, i keep checking tracking but they have not moved since the 13/12/09 . i have emailed lots of times and am being ignored. a friend of mine ordered them and has recieved them . Not happy at all . all i want is my ugg boots .

DO NOT BUY UGG BOOTS FROM THIS SITE I HAVE RECIEVED MINE AND THEY ARE CHEAP NASTY FAKES.THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM.THIS SITE USES ALL THE RIGHT PICTURES AND WORDING BUT PLEASE DONT BE FOOL LIKE I WAS AND I EXPECT MANY OTHERS.WE ALL LIKE A BARGAIN BUT AS I HAVE LEARNT THERES NO SUCH THING.AND THE PEOPLE THAT DO THIS ARE AS NASTY AS THERE FAKE UGGS.

NEVER RECIVED THEM OR COMMUNICATION
UGGSALEI.COM IS A FAKE SITE DO NOT TOUCH THEM, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN ALL MY LIFE, I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF BOOTS AND HAD TRACKING NUMBER, THEY NEVER ARRIVED AND WERE SENT BACK AS I FOUND OUT FROM PARCEL FORCE, IVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM OVER 5 TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM, I ALSO CHECKED MY BANK AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD TAKEN AN EXTRA £12, HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE DO THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT, PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN
