Beware
I recently bought Ugg boots from http://www.uggsbootsuksale.co.uk the so called official uk site, on researching the unusual payment reference on my credit card statement i see it is the following -ZHI****ONGSHANGMAO(BEIJING), it appears to be a scam site. The site looks professional, however, you wont get a confirmation email, and the Uk online help is always unavailable. Dont bother emailling either, as yes youve guessed it, you dont get a reply! When you Google ugg boots UK, this site comes up near the top. I wanted to buy from the UK as i thought i would be safe. Silly me! I have lost money on two pairs so im hoping people read this before losing their cash! My credit card company say to give them 28 days to deliver, if not they will try to get my money back its always worth a try!

Faulty UGG boots sent to me on the 31/12/2010, ordered on the 08/12/2010
I had ordered UGG boots for £115/- on the 08/12/2010 from the following site
uggsbootsuksale.co.uk.After a long wait I reced the boots well after Christmas
and was very disappointed
1)It was not send in the original box and boots were folded as the box(sub standard) was a small one.
2)It has a very strong pungent odour
3)The boots lack quality, the finish is not upto the mark n appears incomplete esp where the leather is cut as if
done by a untrained person
4)There is red mark on the left boot
5)It was sent from China
6)I have sent 5 emails for return of the faulty goods n refund, there has been no response from the site.
While tracking i realized the boots from were coming from China, i emailed the site regarding it.Received the following email
we transfer the packages to China then send to the countries all over the world due to the advantage of price.
Best regards,
Sam
7)I still hope i can return the boots n get my refund. Then buy a genuine ugg boots from the shop(not online)
