I ordered apair of Ugg Boots from uggshoez.com. They appeared to be legit and were responsive to e-mails I sent with questions prior to ordering.

When the boots arrived they felt small but everyone said Uggs stretch a lot, so I figured they had to be worn awhile. They hurt so bad I eventually ended up ordering a new pair from Zappos. This is when I realized the pair from UggShoez were not the same.

They had a rounder toe, no trademark symbol on the bottom of the shoe and the stitching was off. The tag inside also said Uggs Tall when they were Uggs Short.

I sent an e-mail to the company and never heard anything. The web site is also gone now.

I am sure they will resurface under another name - so beware - order Uggs only from trusted sites. I learned my lesson.
