I purchased a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Xmas on Nov 13, 08. I'm still waiting for the boots to arrive. I checked my credit card statement and I WAS charged for the boots. The web site seems to no longer exist and there is no phone number listed on the info I did save from the web site. I would have been better off paying a little bit extra and ordering from a reputable site. I'm pl;anning to call my cc card co in the morning and hopefully they will be able to asist me in getting my money back!
Please let me know if anyone out there has received their order or gotten a response to a complaint from UggShopUSA.
