I purchased two pair of uggs boots for my daughters and they did not fit. The delivered slip had the return address in Chinese. I contacted the live chat person on their web site and requested the address to return merchandize and the person did not respond me. I tried many times but I did not get an answered. Do not purchase anything from them. Good prices but fake products.
