I placed an order for a pair of womens Tall Uggs Boots priced at $96.15 on December 17, 2009. The monies were subtracted from my Visa Debit Card during the online transaction. To date I have not received the boots and cannot reach the company through their web site any longer. My e-mails have been returned stating that the web address does not exist. I was given a tracking number by the [email protected] to track the shipment through a mail company coming out of China called EMS. The tracking number was EE258565885CN. The information I obtained while attempting to track the order only stated that the shipment went to a Shang-hi sorting center and ended there. I could not obtain any number for the EMS company in order to find out what happened to my order. To date, January 5, 2010, I have not been able to contact the Uggwomenshoes.com representative or the EMS company to find out what happened to my order. I would like to know how to resolve this situation. After researching the Uggswomenshoes.com online, I have discovered that others have been "scamed" the same way by this company.

Please don't worry, seriously, who are you? I should have done more research about this company obviously, but I actually trusted that they were a "real" company. What upsets me is this Jenny person who keeps posting comments telling everyone to calm down. You know what Jenny times are tough and money does not grow on trees here in America. Anyway your website keeps disappearing and then reappearing. What the hell is that all about? Yea, thats totally normal right? I tried to email you and your company but the email got sent back to me saying your email is not an actual site. So... considering the situation I would say yes, you won and got over 100 dollars out of me. However, since I ordered them on my credit card I actually don't have to eat the 100 dollars but it does royally piss me off. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS WRONG PERIOD. However, I have learned a valuable lesson that hopefully I can pass along to everyone that will listen. Never order anything off the internet unless you are 100% sure the site is an actual site and not some idiots in another country getting rich off of our trusting nature... and by the way, I'm positive there is a spot reserved for you too...IN HELLL!!!

i ordered a pair of boots on dec 10 and received confirmation of order & the money was deducted from my acct on same day but i have not heard back with tracking info & have tried to access website which is no longer there & have tried to e-mail with no response from them as of yet. this was a xmas present for my daughter & i am laid of from work since march and this is really bad timing for a scam if this is what it is.
