On 30/12/2010 i received an sms advising that i have won 2 million pounds on the UK INTERNATIONAL MOBILE DRAW. I was also advised to respond to email:[email protected] with ref: 2010/11/0003 which i did.
i then got a response to give my details i.e. name and address. After submittung these another response with more detailed information with a reference no. and a security code from the desk of the mobile promotions manager.
What is strange about this reponse is that, 1:it does not give company details on a letter-head, 2: they responded by quoting a wrong name in the salutation
i am almost convinced that this is a scam. your confirmation will be appreciated, my email address is [email protected]
