Returned goods not received
As per many other complaints on this site, I sent some unsuitable goods back, paid for re-postage by Paypal and requested a different size to be sent. I had confirmation that they had this request, had my money and that my new goods would be dispatched. Nothing was ever received and all chasers were ignored. Can something be done about this firm?

Items not delivered
I was in the UK in December last year on holiday and I purchased almost 500 pounds worth of merchandise from UK soccer shop online hoping that it would arrive while I was still there. The goods did not arrive by the time I had to leave but this was fine as I was staying with a family friend who was due to come to South Africa in the coming weeks so he would bring them with him. I was told that it would take 15 to 20 working days for the goods to arrive and they did not arrive within that time period. Eventually a month later the goods arrived, but half of the items were missing... I then tracked the items on the website and according to them all the items had been shipped. After several emails I was told that they had to split the items to prevent high customs charges but that the other items were already shipped and would be delivered within the next few days. This was in February and I still have not received anything. Now when I email them I get no response. I have paid alot of money for these goods and did not expect such bad practice from a UK company. I have run out of options now as I get no response from them, the goods have been paid for and I do not know what to do anymore. I am hoping that this formal complaint will do something as nothing else seems to work. It has been 3 months since the purchase and no-one can give me any explanations as to where these items are. Please please help.

wrong shirt/poor service
brought my shirt in july 09. 39 days later it arrived(suppose to be 10-14 days) the shirt had fake numbers.and missing the champions league badge.I sent it back and they claimed they hadnt received it even tho it was signed for by the owner simon prestwell.after about 30 non replyed/ignored/generic emails i got fed up so i contacted trading standards here: http://www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk/portal/page/portal/EXTERNAL_WEBSITE_DEVELOPMENT/SLC_ONLINE_HOME/CUSTOMER_SERVICE/CONTACTING_US
they are just down the road from these mugs.I contacted these and within 1 hour got my refund.
I suggest you dont let them get away with it and contact them.
I am also considering starting a facebook group, letting people know about these.not sure about the legal.Anyone else interested in starting one up??

Fraud
The product sent was not as illustrated, and was wrongly sized.
After several e-mails they agreed to pay the return postage as well as a refund.
The item was sent back to them, with proof of postage, and they have not been heard from since despite repeated e-mails.
My advice - do not have anything to do with this company

Wrong item and no refund
Just at the start of November I ordered an Arsenal hoodie as a Christmas present. When the parcel arrived the wrong top had obviously been sent and I returned it back straight away. Upon asking for the status of my refund on the Monday morning I was told I had to wait as returns were dealt with in bulk at the weekend. I found this very strange considering the parcel had arrived with the company again on the Thursday and so it should have been dealt with on the previous weekend. So I emailed again the following Monday asking the status and was told that it had been processed and that refund would take a week. Two weeks later I have received nothing back and now left with a Christmas present short and money gone that I can't spend on anything. Very unprofessional website and would not use again. Obviously from other reviews it would appear that this website is a major scam.

fraud
I too ordered a custom jersey from UK SOCCER SHOP. I got a jersey a month later only it was not what I ordered, not even close!!! I send it back after I was told that I would get a refund because the jersey I wanted was unavailable (even though it's still being sold now as available!!!). I got comfirmation that they received it and two months after I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are being totaly ignored. Guys since there are so much of us why can't we do something about it? I've got all the proof of there fraud. It's not because of the money I'm just so annoyed at the way the have acted and if you do take the money factor think about how much money the have cheated us from. Why should they get away with it. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

No Refund or Replacement
Purchased a Manchester United Home shirt at a cost of £55.24.
Received the Away shirt. Contatced UK Soccer Shop by e-mail who replied stating for the shirt to be sent back this was on the 04/06/09.
Received confirmation e-mail that the shirt had been received 08/06/09.
I am still waiting for a refund or the correct shirt to be sent.
Have emailed a number of times, each time being told that the problem is being dealt with.
04/09/09 Still no refund ot replacement and all communication has ceased from UK Soccer Shop they will not answer any e-mails or acknowledge any letters sent.

'UK SOCCER SHOP' Do Not by off this site, Simon Prestwell is a complete fraudster!! He is Ripping people off, i purchased 2 football jerseys back in october 2008, 1 of the jerseys arrived 2 months later and the other never arrived at all, i requested a refund for this, its now 1st July 2009 and im still waiting!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY OF THIS FRAUDSTER!!!

Online Purchase
I purchased two items from UKSoccershop.com. They sent one item which was the wrong size and then I found out on my own, that the other item was on back order. They told me it was in stock. I emailed them that I wanted a refund, which they send they would grant. I waited over a month without a refund or any communication. It has been over three months now and they keep promising that they will give me my refund, but I have yet to receive it. I have had to do all the research and communicating. They do not communicate well, amongst themselves, or their customers. As someone who has routinely purchased items over the internet for over 10 years, this has been my worst experience ever.
