I wish I had used shop instead
I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots for my daughters wished i had just gone to the shop now. They emailed me with a shipping number from DHL. i rang DHL as the shipping number was coming up on the screen. I was told this is not a shipping number and that the boots would be fake and they have a lot of these boots coming through. THen i looked up company wished i had done that 1st and was swa the company based in china but i thought they was in the uk as the company is called uk ugg store on their web page. then saw they were all fake and then my cousin said she order some and was having trouble getting her money back and no boots received. So i emailed the company have have done about 10 times saying i know they are not in the uk so they misled me with the uk ugg store, and that their boots are in fact fake from china and that the shipping number they gave me was false so they have not shown me nay proof of shipping and on the 15/12/10 i insisted they give me a full refund, they keep refusing saying the boots have been sent no shipping number no nothing i agreed to pay £122 for boots but the took £126 for boots and all i want is a full refund. do not trust these people i am going to trading standards on monday and i'm going to seek legal advice as i believe this is theft and fraud and deception. this was £126 pounds of my childrens christmas money this is not on i have kept all my emails and i am hoping someone can help me i paid by visa electron so i dont know if i can get my money back unlike credit card.
