This is secound complaint i did, nt get any help. I applied for student visa for U.K on 2ndJuly, 2008. On 7thAugust, 2008 I received letter from British High Commission that my three passports have been lost by British High Commission on my previous passport I had a 5 years U.K family visit visa whose reference number is UK 094087K which was issued on 08 Jan, 2008 and expires on 08 Jan, 2013. I have been traveling to U.K from last 15 years. And all my record of traveling was on them three passports.
On 24thAugust, 2008 I received a phone call from British High Commission that they need a new passport then I send them a new passport on 1 September, 2008.
My classes started from 28th September, 2008 and I received my passport on 6th Oct, 2008 with refusal stamp after 3 months so I am not capable to take admission in any part of world including in my own country. The reasons they use to refuse my application are totally unreasonable. They said they will update my previous visas on my new passport and they will pay expense for my new passport. But they didn't update my previous visa they just give me an empty passport with a refusal stamp. And they didn't pay my expenses for new passport too. They return my educational documents and finical documents in October, 2008 so I was not able to take admission any part of world including my country. My 16 year education was wasted on other end my father bears huge lose. Then I start business and I suppose to travel different country to take order and view international markets. So I start writing email to UK Border Agency and their different departments because I cannot travel with empty passport on refusal stump. On 8th Jan, 2009 I received letter from British High Commission that visa section in Pakistan will inform them that they will renew my previous 5 year visa and pay my cost of new passport so I need to send them new passport and receipt of new passport I have taken appointment from Gerry’s office and I send my passport and receipt on 13Feb, 2009 to British High Commission Islamabad and I also attached letter that I want to go Europe and UK next month for business trip kindly return my passport as early as you people can but they did return my passport and me and my company bear huge lose because of them. I was not able to travel anywhere from year because of British High Commission.
Kindly tell me how any1 help me, who will pay my losses and how i get my passport back.
