This website is fraudulent, they pose as official GHD retailers and they are not. They sell counterfeit hair straighteners and have no customer service base. I have purchased two ghd's stupidly and have been charged £107, i have taken this up with my bank, they have cancelled my card, and have told me to dispute the transaction once logged onto my credit card. Thankfully, i paid by credit card, but it does not excuse the fact, that so many people are being conned by this Chinese based company posing as a UK site. It is not right and the site should be dealt with asap! People are losing so much money because of this site posing as official ghd retailers. We need them closed down before someone else gets conned as I did. I am not 100% sure I will get my money back, if I dont then I will campaign for this site to be shut down and removed from UK as people are being CONNED!!!

I ordered a pair of GHD's (hair Straighteners) on the 11th September 2009 for my Daughter;s birthday. Dispite the Royal mail delays, this company claim to dispatch 24hrs after you place your order, and they use parcel force & TNT to deliver. I have emailed several times and telephoned, but only got an answering service and no reply to any emails. Still to this date, no straighteners, no response, nothing.
