fake website

UKTICKETFACTORY.COM
is a fake website that someone very close to me used to buy VERY expensive concert tickets from.
Trading standards confirmed to us that this website is most likely to be a scam and it is STILL running.
It is registered in slovakia and vancouver to a PObox address. There are tonnes of threads on the web about peoples' horrendous experiences.
The reason for this complaint is that the website is still running and allegedly selling tickets.
Trading standards are aware... call consumer direct, search the internet with a thread like... ukticketfactory.com fake
TO SEE FOR YOURSELVES, but DO NOT buy anything from them.

Did not receive tickets for concert

I paid for a ticket for the Paramore concert at the SECC in Glasgow on 10th Dec 09 but it is now Sat 5th and I have not received the ticket. I do not think I will now that I have read all the negative feedback on the web and I think I have been duped along with many others.

Is there any information available on how and who a complaint should be lodged in order to highlight this scam and to have the site closed down.
