As what i have written to you last July 16 regarding not dispatching of the parcel i already pay the charge in Malaysian custom in ULSCS last July15 for the clearance of the parcel. They told me that after we pay the charge they are going to deliver the parcel with me the next morning. Till now the parcel not yet arrived and today they send me email asking me again for another charge not for vat or insurance but for the demurrage because f being delayed of the payment. They asking me again for 1400 RM. I was thinking if this is a scam.
The money i send to them for the malaysian custom was i just borrowed for my friend and he asking me to pay
it. I really dont know what to do regarding this. I dont know if theres really a parcel for me. I attached here some of their letter for me. Can you help us about this, i am not the only one who experience this. What step can you advise for me. We really need your reply regarding this.Welcome!

Due to the delay in payment of the fine, I wish to inform you that as for
the demurrage, the customs are charging 200 Malaysia Ringgit per day, and
you are required to remit 1400 Ringgit as for the demurrage charges. In
respect of this, you are required to remit the payment for the fines as
soon as possible for immediate clearance of your parcel.
