I purchased a starter from O'Reillys. Installed the starter on the week-end; when I completed the installation, it started one time then the drive on the starter went out. I brought the vehicle to a near by shop and they installed a second starter which lasted for two starts with the same outcome as the first.
I finally went to the Honda dealer and purchased a new Honda starter and the shop installed the new Honda starter. I returned to the store the following day and asked for my money. They were eager to return credit for the starter. When I gave them the labor invoice for charges to install a starter two times, they said the manager would not be in for a week and I would have to wait. I have since not been contacted and I think this is poor management and poor quality merchandise. If they are selling merchandise in the US they should stand by it or shut there doors.
