I ordered the complete set of Get Smart dVD's on November 15th 2007 for a Christmas present. The total charge was 105.72. I have never received the DVD's as the company put the wrong address on them if they were shipped and they went to Ave F instead of Ave E. I don't believe they were shipped, I think they are just giving me the run around. I have called them and always get a recording, back have lucked out and got ahold of someone twice when I called, but they are foreign and cannot be understood. The last time I called they hung up on me. I have demanded my money back, but cannot seem to get any place with them. My order number is 161769 and supposedly it is being shipped from Canada. They gave me a tracking number of CX211283555CA and when I track it all it says is accepted at post office on December 5th and no other tracking information. Any help would be greatly appreciated to get my money back.
