Rip off!
Ordered a DVD from this site on 1/5/08 and got an email confirming the order and that they had charged my credit card. I have gotten an email about once a week since, saying the DVD is on backorder, but no expected ship date. I cannot contact the company to cancel the order. Since placing the order, there have been several other charges made to my credit card, or attempts to make charges that have been denied. I have had to cancel the card to stop the charges.

Fraudulent company!
I was charged for the order but never received the product. E-mails are not returned and the phone number listed on the website is disconnect. For others who have also been taken by this company, I am first filing a complaint for internet fraud with http://www.ic3.gov/.
If I don't get a response/resolution from them I will try other avenues for reporting internet fraud. Companies like this should not be allowed to continue scamming people.

Ordered DVD's never received!
I ordered several DVD box sets and have never received one. Received one e-mail confirming order. Now the phone numbers are not working and e-mails are not answered. So far my credit card has not been charged.

Scam!
I also placed an order with these people on Jan 12... it is now Feb 6. Have called many times, numerous e-mail... have received nothing from them except their name on my credit card statement for $78.18. I am on the phone with my bank as I speak trying to recover my money...

Never received product!
I got scammed as well! I placed an order back in October 2007 and never received the product. I contacted them several times and they would always say that it was back ordered. Then I tried calling again and no one ever answers the phone. I tried the live chat and no answered either. This is definitely a scam and unfortunately I got taken. Beware everyone!

Merchandise not delivered!
Did not receive merchandise ordered. Received an email with tracking number which is bogus. Emails to firm are unanswered and telephone answering service says that no one there to take your call. Exact replica site is at TV Addicts.tv but with different name and different telephone number.

Rip off!
We did not receive the items ordered until 2 weeks after we were told they would be delivered. Items were received but damaged AND not at all what was advertised. A 48 disc set of 112 episodes (brand new and sealed) was advertised but what we received were 4 discs that would not even play, 32 episodes that were recorded twice, and the recordings were from the tv channels TVLand, Hallmark, and WGN... complete with commercials. Of course, have been trying to contact (by e-mail, phone, etc.) and getting absolutely nowhere!!!

charged for product, but no delivery
My experience is the same as others who have written. I was immediately charged for a DVD box set and have not received it (2 months now).
Please do not give these scamers any more money!!!!
