Ordered the Matlock DVD collection on line with my charge card in December. It appeared on my charge card in January and on January 9th they emailed that the series was backordered and if I wanted my money back I could call their customer service line which I did. I told them I would wait a little longer and since then the phone number is unavailable and I haven't received the Matlock DVD collection to date. Would appreciate any input as to how to proceed. This is the first problem I've had ordering on line.
