In my experiences till now, this is the worst company ever to deal with. When they provided me the quote, it was for the same price, that I got when I went direct with the cruise line. You won't get any discount with these guys of any kind. Talking to senior management is useless I tried that and regretted my decision, very rude person, will work you up for sure, spoil your day & definitly will test your patience. Since that guy kept on saying that complimentary pricing is only for off-season travelling, I asked him to give me any 2 dates within a year on which they can offer me the complimenatry price that they promise and I'll accept one of those, to which he said, can't do it. So I said u know what, I don't want to spoil my mood any further & just charge my credit card I'll take the full priced reservation & I thought that this would be over now, but NO!!!! new thing started. I have to receive an authorization form through fax only( my fax m/c broke long ago & I use internet, scanner or efax ) & then send that back to them. I said, can't u charge over the phone or internet???? Answer was, NOOOO!!!!! At this point I asked for my $300 back, which they took in advance & no authorisation or anything was required at that time, again the same answer NOOOOO!!!! can't do. I am giving up on these $300 but if I can save anybody else from doing the same mistake I'll think money was not wasted. So please don't deal with this company at all. They'll spoil your MONEY, TIME and most importantly MOOD.

Went to their presentation which asked for $9, 000 for promise of discounted travel services in the future. We did not buy and was given a coupon for a free 7-night cruise with Ultimate Executive Travel in Philadelphia.
I mailed in $248 money order for reservation and port charges and waited for over 1 month with no response.

I called Ultimate Executive Travel, talked to Kelly and was informed that it would cost more money beyond the $248 reservation and port charge to book any cruise. So the supposedly free cruise is not free.
I sent email to Kelly then called her on the phone. She said the $248 money is not refundable.
We will have to take legal actions to put these crooks out of business and in prison where they belong.
