Bad product, worse service
Very misleading sales practices regarding their trial offer and return policy. No options available after receiving a poor quality product that gave my skin a bad reaction. All was followed by horrible customer service including sarcastic remarks, rude responses, and the rep actually laughed and asked if I was serious when I requested his manager.

bogus credit card charge
the ultimate facial company took money fron my debit account i did not autherize them to take and when i tried to recover my funds was told that my funds are not refundable and saaid they are keeping my $78.41 this company is a scam and should be stopped.

I'm asking every one who got ripped off like me to report this company to the better buiness breu. they ripped me off 78.41 the women were rude and I even spoke to a suppervisor she was the worse of them. I am disable and on socail security disability so this was alot to loose basically my food for two weeks. but I can assure every one in my shoes I'm not giving up until I get my money back and the scam artist company answers for what they have done after all I have nothing but time on my hands here a address every one should right to : the ultimate facial LLC 6260 lookout rd, boulder, colorado, 80301 ATTN ultimate facial privacy. feedback

charged automatically w/out OK
This Co. charged my cking acct. for $78.34 w/out my consent. I did a trial thing on the computer & canceled right away. I've tried calling, but have not been able to speak to a person. The auto-answer says I've already canceled my "membership", but that's all the info I can get. I left a voice mail message saying I did NOT want this product & to refund the entire amt. immediately. I haven't gotten a response. I did leave my name & phone #, twice.
What can I do ??

unfair business practice: bogus trial period, will nto refund and allow return
I have recent run in with the company. While completing an online survey, we came across the 14-day free-trial pack offer for $2.87. We received the package with no information (about how to return, trial period length, actual charge) with the package. After 3 days from the receipt of the package, I saw $78.41 on my credit card.

I called and was told that it is 8th day from the order (which is the trial period, it was not mentioned before) and 78.71 is the charge, which again was never mentioned. They said they emailed me the terms and condition when they shipped, which I never receieved. But now I get cancellation email from them, which shows that the email works, and they never sent the trems and condition email before.

I now cannot return the product and the charge is not refundable. I have called FTC and let them know this. I also called my credict card and disputed the charge. They said they are going to investigate it. I also complained with Delaware State Attorney General's customer potection cell.

I have talked to company reps repeatedly, and emailed them. They are adamant about not refunding.

They are practising unfair means to dupe customers. Particularly their claimed 8-day trial period ( I never was told about it before) from the time THE ORDER WAS PLACED, NOT WHEN SHIPPED, or WHEN RECEIVED was disingenuous. From the emails here, it is clear they are in the business to lure unsuspecting customers into a trap.

This company should be closed down.

poor policy
BE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS TO THIS COMPANY FIRST!!! I went on a Facebook add for "Age 40: Free UGG boots." WOW, why not! Actually, this site was only a portal into various companies. One of which was this "The Ultimate Facial." I tried to back out of the site for the Ugg boots and ended up in a huge loop...finally shut down my computer to get out. I thougth I was done. NOPE! I got emails confirming orders. I quickly called these companies explaining what had happend. My "free" Ugg boots were going to cost me a fortune. The Ultimate Facial would not let me cancel the order. It's not possible is what I was told over and over again. I finally got a supervisor after the third attempt. "I can't do anything Ma'am it's been shipped." I tried cancelling the order all morning before it was shipped and no one could help me. Now if I don't send it back (at my expense) then I get to keep the stuff for another $59.99...gee I could have bought the family boots too! The only nice thing they could do for me was to cancel my membership (that I didn't know I had) so no more shipments would be made! You've got to be kidding! I'm so frustrated by this company that is determined to get my $$$ regardless. It's very, very poor. I'm telling everyone I know. Stay away!

Refund
What a bad way they do business. They offer a 8 day trial period but it starts the day you order it and I didn't receive it until my trial period was over. They had taken the money out of my account already and won't refund it. I refused the package and returned it. They are giving me a partial refund but still keeping $28. This is theft and they should be prosecuted. Maybe if there is enough of us that were robbed by this company, we can start a class action law suit?

credit card charge
I did a survey on facebook and selected to recieve a "free" ssample of this product. I agrees to pay shipping and handling for the product samples. Imagine my surprise when i see charges of $78.41 for the product. When i contacted the compant they told me there was nothing they coulld do since the "trail period" was over. This was a sample not a trail. They were agumentive and would not connect me to a supervisor ...i was left on hold for over 5 min. RUDE customer service...I've never heard of a company not accepting a return when someone is not happy with the prodct. If i knew I would be charged $78.41 I would never had participated in this surve...this product isnt even worth $15.00 let alone almost $80.00. SCAMMERS...Dont Do Business with them!!!

Rip Off
“Try it Free Today! Just Pay @2.87 S&P” in bold letters by The Ultimate Facial of Boulder, CO 80301 allured me to order the product. It was shipped on June 30, 2009, according to email from company. Exactly 8 total days (not just the business days), on July 8, my credit card was charged $78.41. This period did not permit the time in shipping from Colorado to Texas, receiving, and the promised free trial of the product. A charge within 8 days after the order is clearly a scam and the product a rip off. I called the credit card company to withhold payment until settlement with Colorado Company. The company when called a representative promised to refund only a portion of the charge. Further phone conversation with the Custom Service supervisor, Terri, told me that she cannot negotiate any settlement as I filed complained with the Credit Card Co. Upon checking various the internet groups I found that others have filed similar complaints and also blacklisted this company.
My request to the Attorney General of Texas and of Colorado, and the Consumer Protection Agencies in both states is to drive this company out of business so that others may not be similarly defrauded.

i wan;t my refund when your playing free games .you have 2gold two & two you giv your mergants a bad name. want to send back for refund face broke out nope this so far has been the worst is almost sad but will say where @ pch you should remove this fraud
