unauthorized charges
This company made unauthorized charges to my account for a total of about $200. When I complained I was told the money would be reimbursed in full and I was given confirmation numbers. Now they don't answer any phone calls, and no money has ever been returned to me.

Taking money from my Bank account
I paid for the Ultimate Grant Secrets CD, I recieved the CD, NOW THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY EVERY MONTH. I retired in April this year and was going to start a small business. I ordered the CD to help me learn how to write a grant proposal, now they keep taking money, What can I do ? I WILL GET MY ATTORNEY ON THIS AS SOON AS I CAN! And I will close my bank account on Monday, what a friggin Hassle!

unauthorized charges
I ordered a "Free" CD for a shipping & handling charge of $3.95 and before I received the CD there were 2 charges 1 @ $3.95 and the other $74.95 The phone number was in spanish only and then hangs up on you. I had the bank remove the charge and it is back again!!

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a CD by mail. They said they only charged $3.95 for the CD. When I got my Visa account I found they didn't charge the $3.95 but they put TWO charges on the card. One for $29.95 dated 3/11/2009. The other charge was for $74.95 dated on card 3/03/2009. I called them and they did credit the $29.95 charge but they contested the $74.95 charge and put it back on my credit card. This company is fraudulent and I want others to know about this, because it could happen to them. I didn't sign up for future accounts. I went to their web site and canceled my account. It was hard to find but I finally did.

Charges to credit card
Ordered CD for 1.99, they continue to charge my credit card, $74.95 per month. The number they give to contact them is a directory assistance number and there is no such company listed.

2 additional charges of $74.95 & $25,95
I ordered a "Free" CD for a shipping & handling charge of $3.95 and before I received the CD there were 2 charges 1 @ $3.95 and the other $74.95 and now another of $25.95. I did not authorize ant additional charges. I left messages to thyem but they have not returned my calls and their web site comes up "cannot find etc" . My bank is covering this, thank God.

I was charged 74.95 on 3/2/2009, 29.95 on 3/11/2009, 74.95 on 3/28/2009, i Did not athorize any these charges. I want my credit card credited the full amount and e-mail or call me with a cancelation # and do not charge my card any more, thanks, Steve Lee or [email protected]. |

Charged unauthorized Money
ordered a free CD from Ultimate Grant Secrets.All I was required to pay was 3.95 shippoing and handling.But my checking account was charged an additional $74.95 for mwembership.Which I did not authorize or want.I have filed a complaint with my Bank in this matter.From what I have read on this site, I am not the only one this company has cheated out of money.Something Needs to be done to these people.

this Co. did not do what it said....
I was told to pay $3.95 for shipping of a FREE CD and was sent the CD[which I haven't opended] and then they charged me, plus $79.95, and it has caused havoc with me as I am sick and my bank. I've informed my bank, they're are doing thier part, and helped me with my part and I'm doing what they told me to follow through with.. This is outrageous and to read ALL the complaints, come on =, someone is behind this.<br />

Charge my AMEX $74.95
I found this company on line while looking for "Government Grants". It indictaed that they provided a FREE CD on whre to search for '"Government sponsored Grants". That a $3.95 charge for the postage would apply. Ther wa no mention or suggestion of any additional charge/Fees. I did get a notice via e-mail that the CD was not ready at this time. That I could download the program if I wish at this time. It id not indicate that there was any additional charge. That the CD would be coming later. I did receive a CD 1 month later. I do make it a habit of checking all charges on my AMEX. I found a charge for $74.95 from this company. I contacted AEX service and filed a complaint and stop payment with AMEX. I received an acknowledgement that the complaint was received and that the charge was being looked into.
I attempted to call the company, I only got a busy signal after 6 to 8 attempts. The web site did not give me any way to communicate with anyone. I am sending the CD back vis Cerified " Signed Receipt Required"to the address on the package along with a note notifying them that the account is closed. that no payment will be made and no further charges will be accepted to my card. I am also sending this info to AMEX. I am also notifying the BBB of this scam.
