unatorized charge of 74.95
I ordered a CD that is supposed to help you submitt request for govermnebt grants. The CD is sdvertised on the website as being only 3.95$. I checked my account today and there was an un athorized charge of 74.95$. I am trying to get my money back. I called my bank they said I have to wait for the charges to go through before I can despute it.

extra charge on credit card
I paid $3.95 for a Grant Help Secret CD. I got the CD about 3 weeks later but I also have an extra charge on my Credit Card for $74.95
I have called the 888 number on my credit card statement and get some foreign language speaking person. I have reported this to my credit card company.

CD LOADED AND I CAN'T GET INFORMATION
I'VE LOADED THE CD AND CANNOT GET ANY INFORMATION TO COME UP ON MY COMPUTER.
THIS COMPUTER IS NOT BUT FOUR MONTHS OLDSO IT SHOULD LOAD EASILY.

Unauthorized Charged
I ordered a CD For the cost of $3.95 shipping only and was charged an additional $74.95 to my bank account. I DID NOT authorize this $74.95 charge. I did recieve the CD for the $3.95 I ordered but there was no contact imformation so I could dispute this charge.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered this cd from the company. i was suppose to receive the cd in ten days and look it over. I received it on the 12th of march and it was ordered on the 18th of Feb. These people started charging my card on the 3rd or 4 of March. My 7 days to respond to them should of started on the 12th of March but I never got the cd. This company is almost impossible to get a hold of them and will not even talk to you.
The cd is not very helpful and is really lame. this company are scam artists and just want to rip people off of their hard earned money. All the people who have been ripped off by them should get together and have a lawyer sue them for all that they are worth. This thing has cost me over $200 dollars in fees and late charges since I did not have the money in there to cover their charges.

unable to contact company for support
unable to contact company by phone or website. its like they are nowhere to be found and i don't want and hidden fees charged to my credit card.

ordered cd and never received cd but was charged$3.95. Then I was charged $74.95 for grant help order. The phone number they give to get hold of them is one that nobody is there to answer.

Charge my account 74.95 - unathorized membership fee
I ordered a grant writing cd and this was supposed to be free with the exception of shipping charges of 3.95.
I have since been charged an additional 74.95 for what would appear to be a membership fee - this was not authorized!!!
There is a number to call and all it says is to leave a message and someone will call you back - I have not heard from anyone and neither has several other people who have been charged this same amount. I have filed a complaint with my bank

Unauthorized billing
This company isd horribly. Telling people thay cant get free money from the government, buy only buying a cd for a few dollars intending on using your information to take money out of your bank account that is not authorized. This company should be ashamed of them selves, especially because of how many people are having a hard time financially.
