never ordered product
I never ordered the product "Ultimate Green Tea" and it just keeps coming. So far I have received 3 boxes of tea and 3 bottles of "ultimate green tea" capsules. I don't it, don't need it and don't use it but I keep getting billed and it just keeps coming...

The product was not what I expected. I expected something healthier. The product did not agree with me healthwise. I would like this order to be canceled as soon as possible.

I order the sample in product in 3/12/2008 in think that it was going to be a great product. after taking for 2 days I notice that I was feeling sick and with lots of heaches. So I email you saying that I wanted to cancel the product. On 04//7/2008 my bank got charge $79.95 and also on 04/23/2008 my bank got charge again for $79.95. I also send you a letter saying that I wanted to cancel the product. I also want a full refund of the amount of $159.90. with my credit card ending with # 8304 Please if we can resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Credit card fraud
I bought a sample not realizing that I would continue to recieve product every month for a 79.95 fee. I have tried everything to unsubscribe and return product. No one ever answers the phone number. The website is fake and there is no return address on the product. I called my credit card company to dispute they reversed charged and now they are back on again. I don't know what to do!!!

Refund of amount paid without ability to cancel
I ordered a trial of the Ultimate Green Tea for the shipping charge. When package arrived there was no invoice or any other type of paperwork. On 03 March 08 my bank account was charged $3.97. Then on 13 March 08 my account was charged $79.95. When the next shipment was sent it also contained no correspondence. I want the shipments to stop and my money returned. This product does not work any better than drinking a glass of iced tea.

I cancelled after receiving sample. Now I get more green tea still
with no billing statement inside, but credit card charges!!! each

Unauthorized charges!
I was just reading others complaints about this product and was shocked because i just received an order like that yesterday in just a plain amnilla envelope also. With no king of paperwork or bill so i was freaking out i haven't even opened the bottle yet! But i did call my credit card company to let them know before a charge goes through anyway i canceled out that card and i am getting a new one. I cannot believe that this company is getting away with doing that to a lot of people is just goes to show that we really need to be cautious on the internet now days with all these scams company's have going. I also want to thank this website or else i wouldn't have even known!

fake advertising improper billing
I agee with all the parties who have already responded. I call ed the number that the one person listed and it told me to go to the website to cancel which I had already tried but it brings you to this web site. I left my info on their message machine but have not heard back. Not a happy camper

no information how to use or any info on product
Wanted to try their product to see what the product was.received sample and no infomation re: phone number or any way to get in touch. I am sure this is a big RIP-OFF and they have sent me two shippments of 60 capsules each for $80.00 each. I did not want any of these shipments!!! How do I get these shipments Stopped?????????????? They bill my credit card
