Fraud
This company has billed my credit card for $79.95. I was suppose to be given a trial period of 10 days for $3.95 I do authorize that but not the $79.95 before the ten days was up that had billed my check card and I will dispute the charges anyone with a phone number please list it on the complaint board. Please do not order anything from this company they are changing the name and the look on the bottle.

Scam charges!
I received an email about a 2 week supply of green tea supplements for $4.95. It did nothing, and soon I received a month's supply in the mail. I refused delivery, but there was a charge of nearly $100.00 on my credit card. I continue to email them regarding removing the charge, but get no response. What can I do... Plz advise smb!

Cant find any way to stop it
Got this E Mail for a free sample just pay postage $3.95 didn't see any thing on there about getting more shipped every month I Haven't Got my credit card bill yet so don't know how much They are soaking me all I know is I cant find any way to stop it. I saw Oprah Winfrey's name on it and thought this must be save, you can't trust any one now days!

No response, unable to stop charges
Ordered sample product on-line, charged S&H fees-$3.97, e-mailed and called company to stop sending another bottle. No response

Scam and rip off!
I paid for a sample of 10 green tea tablets with my visa. By phone I notified the company that I did not wish any further tablets. My wife was instructed to take the tablets. Today, I received another package
from Performance Health USA that I presume is more green tea tablets. I am refusing the package and notifying my Visa to refuse payment.

False advertising!
The company advertises for free samples for $3.97 and then ask for Credit Card info. After you submit all of this they advise you they will be sending you shipments every month and billing your credit card $79. There is no way to contact them or get taken off of their list.

Cannot find site to unsubscribe!
Unable to unsubscribe for product. Company will bill me and retrieve 79.00 monthly for this product I don't want. Do not know how to stop company!
