I purchased a diamond ring on 08/29/2006 and was told in Oct. it was on back order, then in Nov. I was told they could no longer get the ring and I ask for a refund. I have been e-mailing and calling customer service for months and was told every time that I would be getting my refund soon with no avail. I can no longer reach the company by phone or email. I still do not have my money back.
