Merchandise never received
I placed an order for a dvd set on December 16, 2007. They sent me a confirmation of my order, and added 19.19, for shipping. My credit card was billed on December 17th, 2007, for more than my invioce total. Since then, I have sent numerous E-mails requesting status. They have sent me 7 e-mails telling me the product was backordered. Several stated that they had not billed my debit card, even though I have a bank statement showing that they have. My last E=mail from them was on Feb. 20th, 2008, informing me that the product was due to be shipped in 5-7 business days. Since then I have heard nothing, and my inquiries go unanswered. It is now May 26th, 2008, and I have the impression that they have no intention of sending anything. They are apparently in the business of defrauding customers, not supplying a product. Purchased DVD Set; WKRP
I puchased a DVD set of WKRP in Cinncinati on Dec. 18, 2007, with 12-14 day processing. Recieved email a month later that it was on back order, and a money back offer. Then another month later an email that it was shiped, along witht tracking ID. I was not able to track my order, I recieved no response to email, and unable to get through on the phone. But the recieved their money! So much for shopping online.

charged4 but did not recieveDVDs
i ordered the complete t.v series dennis the menace from ultimate dvd shop on dec. 9th 07 credit card was charged 104.17. i never recieved dvds and all my e-mails get the same we are sorry for the delay response my last and 4th e-mail was not anwsered at all what can be done?

Orders not fulfilled!
I too think I have been scammed by these people. I ordered the Series Combat for my husband for Christmas in November of 07. Received the same response as everyone else. I paid with debit card and they have been paid. I did speak with someone early in Dec and she said that my order would be fill as soon as the product was back in stock. I do feel bad about this since I did order movies from them a year ago and received them without any problem.

Never received product ordered!

This was the last email I recieved from this company. The complete Gunsmoke series was ordered on December 12th for a total of $248 This amount was charged to my credit card. This was the last date that I received a back order notice and now when I call their number is temporarily disconnected.

ORDERED DVD SET FOR CENTENNIAL MINI SERIES.FOUND OUT NOT EVAN AVAILABLE. WAS CHARGED FOR IT ON MY CREDIT CARD BUT DID NOT RECIEVE PRODUCT.COMPANY HAS MANY ADDRESSES IN MIAMI FLA. PEOPLE NEED TO FILE WITH GOV AGENCY FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS AT
850-488-2221. THIS COMPANY HAS HISTORY OF NOT SHIPPING PRODUCT BUT KEEPING MONEY FROM YOUR CHARGE CARD. THEY HAVE AN OPEN CASE THEY ARE INVESTIGATING PRESENTLY. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A huge scam!
This place is the biggest rip off. I got a conformation saying that my order was back ordered. I tried calling and I also e-mail, did not get any type of response. This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.

Fraud and cheating!
The same as all the other complaints. No answers on the phone. Recordings that transfer you to other recordings that tell you that all their operators are busy with other customers, please wait then immediately tell you that no one is available to help you leave a voice mail. They took more money from my credit card than was stated on the order. their order site doesn't exist , but it linked me to this complaint site. I canceled my card and the company told me that they have heard of these jerks. They are helping me with a charge challenge. If this has happened to you, google ic3. Internet crime center. They have a complaint form you can submit. they are partnered with the FBI. print and save all your info on the case including the pertinate info on this site. On the ic3 form they request this and as much info that you can supply. Lets get these parasites off the internet

I ordered the four seasons of mahales navy and I have not received any notifications. I have called and emailed them with no response.
