Customer Service Problems
I was totally scammed by the "free trial" that I ordered. I don't know what to do, or how to go about returning the product and getting the money back that they keep taking every month.
I signed up for a free trial, and yes, I read all the fine print. I saw the 14 day period to return the product, HOWEVER, what they don't tell you is that it will take at least that long for the product to be shipped to you, that you will be billed the day that it arrives, that there isn't ever anyone to answer the phones unless you get really lucky, that it's really really hard to return the product.
The day I ordered, I was online, and was from my computer talking to the rep. I told the person right then and there, I only wanted the free trial and didnt care to pay the shipping. I told her that I wasn't interested in signing up for anything else, or being part of any kind of auto product shipping, since I didn't know how the product would work for me. She told me that it was ok, because I had a 14 day period to cancel. She didnt tell me that that period started right then. It took 13 days for me to get the product, but getting home late, the company was already closed when I called, so I left a message for them to return my call. In the mean time, I went ahead and tried the product. It turns out that I for some reason, cant drink this stuff. It turns my stomach, and makes me physically ill. After about a week, I gave up trying, and waiting for a return call, and again called them. I was on hold for almost 49 minutes when I got mad enough to hang up. Again I called after business hours to leave a message, and again got no return phone call.
Now it's been almost 4 months. I call during regular business hours and wait and wait. I leave messages, that get no response, and I continue to get a product that makes me sick while every month, I get billed for it. This is becoming reduculous in a really big way. What do I do now?

extra charges
As I see from numerous complaints. This company is running a scam. They claim to send you a sample with cost of $4.95, but then they start charging you immediately. I received two charges of $69.87 in the same month. The first charge of 69.87 is for the sample that they made you believe was only $4.95. It is almost impossible to cancel this order. I have called repeatedly. Conveniently the call gets disconnected even though I gave my phone number and asked to be called back. I spent two hours fighting with the rep on the phone. There is no recourse. This company is a complete scam. An absolute scam and it is unfortunate that there are so many complaints and no one can do anything about them. They continue to steal money from people

Charging for product never received
My daughter ordered the "free" 14-day trial pack. We were charged $69.87, fifteen days later and another $69.87, fifteen days after that! We never even received any product other than the first 14 day supply. I disputed these charges with my credit card company, Citibank, but they won't do anything about it! What can I do to get my money back?

I have to agree with everyone that has made a accomplaint. This company charged my credit card and never sent me the product. I finally did get to speak with someone that was rude and stated that I did received my product. After all was said and done the representative hung up on me. I will never give my information out over the phone again.

refund
I HAD CANCELED THIS PRODUCT AND THEY TURNED AROUND AND SENT ME THE PRODUCT ANYWAY. I WROTE REFUSED ON THE BOX AND SENT IT BACK, AND HAVE YET TO GET A REFUND. THIS WAS OCTOBER 14TH. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Sent for trial tea and have rec' tea every month and chg. of 69.87 on my Am. Exp. card
I rec'd sample of tea on a trial basis. I paid for shipping as was requested. Without ordering anything after that I have been receiving tea very month. I have been charged $69.87 each month. There is no telephone number for me to call and cancel and only a PO Box to return the package.

This is a scam and I need to receive some help concerning this matter.

Can you help me?

Unauthorized Charge
This product was never ordered. It just showed up at my house. I hate green tea, so there would be no reason for me to order this product. I spoke with someone that said that as soon as they received the product back they will refund my money. I spoke with my bank to start dispute proceedings on the charge. I called Ultra Green Lean and spoke with Vanessa (234) and she said that no one told me that my money would be refunded immediately, that it will take 11-12 days. I told her that I was still going thru with the dispute proceedings and she started to get rude and said go ahead. They won't do anything because our records show that a refund is in progress. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Beware after you order and are only supppose to pay the shipping and handling for trial, they charge your credit card and you cannot reach them as they do not have a phone number to contact them.

will not issue my refund
saw a charge on my statement that I didn't authorize, and called to get it handled, they assured me that the 69.87 would be credited to my account in 7 business days, that call was on the 10th of September. Still no credit, and I called today 9-22-08, and Eric, said that there was an error, I ask to speak to his manager, that person, could not be reached, I ask for the name of his supervisor, would not give that info, said he could not give out that infromation, ask where was the call center that I was calling, and he said he couldn't give out that info either. In both calls I was give a confirmation number, that means nothing. So, now I'll just have to wait and see if my credit will be put though...

Debit card fraud
I sent for a free sample of their green tea product and paid the shipping cost.
Now they are pulling $70.00 from my account every month without authorization.
