Over charging account
I had made a purchase on the site in the amount of $5.35 for the shipping of a Ultra Lean Green Tea and they proceeded to charge again the same day the amount of $37.75. I mean, I was willing to accept that and take the hit on my card. However, when I looked at my account on 10/10/2008, I had found that they did yet another charge of $75.46 and it was exactly 12 days from original purchase, so I am looking at $118.56 and I never received product, nor any indication that I would receive it. I go to cancel the subscription and I am on hold for over an hour. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and made a complaint, also I notified my card holder to block any future charges from this entity. I did some digging and they say to write them a cancellation letter, which I sent a heated one to get my point across and get my money back. I spoke to my lawyer and he gave some interesting advice when it comes to future online purchases. Load up a pre-paid card with a Visa logo on it for the amount of purchase for the amount of a product, so that way if the promotion states 5 dollars for s/h then that is all you are willing to lose, if something goes awry.

2 unauthorized visa charges
DRI Ultra Green Tea has charged my acct 69.87 twice. the only thing I authorized was the orginal trial sample and all I had to pay was 6.95 shipping and handling.
I called them and they stated that I should have read the agreement, I did not receive any such agreement as I never order their product past the sample. they said tey will reverse only one as this is their policy

Did Not Receive Product & continue to be charged
On Sept 9th I ordered a 15 day trial of the UltraGreen Tea product, plus a "power tea" product from the UltraGreen website. I have two charges on my credit card, one for shipping & handling of the trial product ($6.95) and one for the power tea product ($39.50). To date, I have not received either product.
On Sept 24th, I had another charge on my credit card for $69.87 for the next month's supply of the UltraGreen Tea product.
I phoned the telphone #866-540-9633 provided in the Terms and Conditions and listened to a recording for 20 minutes before hanging up. I do not want to continue this agreement and I don't feel I am liable for the the second charge of $69.87 since I haven't received any products and have no way to decide whether to accept or cancel the program, as indicated in the terms and conditions.
I am left with the option of writing a letter to the address I've provided above, as I can't get through on the phone. As well, I must now call my credit card and ask them to dissalow any further charges from UltraGreen.
This company, which is receiving wide acclaim from prominent TV personanlities, needs to be investigated for SCAMMING me out of $120 and how many others???

overcharged for product $69.87
I purchased a 14 day trial - paying 6.95 shipping only...I was then charged another $69.87 to my credit card and I had not even received the product yet. I did finally get it in the mail and then my credit statement came and saw two charges for this on separate day. I want my money back - what a rip off... I have only used it for 4 days now and have noticed nothing that it claims- no extra energy, no weight loss...does it even work? Sher

ripped off
ordered free sample they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card for another unauthorized order. I got the trial for the cost of shipping and that is all I was lead to believe was involved. By the way Oprah Winfrey endorsed this product, she must be in the field of con artist also.

Trial Pack
I ordered the trial pack on August 8, 2008 and up to this time it did not come yet. I called them today to cancel my subscription and make sure that no charges will be on my credit card except for the shipping and handling of $4.95 which they did charge me on the same day I ordered online.
Don't be a victim of this trial scum. They want your subscription . You received your trial pack after the 15 days lapse. So BEWARE.

charges
I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Then on July 4th they charged my account another $69.87 and I didn't even receive the product until the 9th of July. I call the company and I was given until the 24th of July to try the product but they didn't tell me that I was already in debt for $114.57. Today is the 21st of July and it should be really interesting to see what I will owe them by the time I get this FARCE stopped.
