Rip off
I just want you to know that I sent for the free trail for $5.00 and I ended up paying alot more for the product instead.. I would not recommend this product at all, if a company as to misrepresent themselve in order to obtain orders then it is not worth the trail offer or your time..

Never recieved product
I ordered ultra lean green tea on November 3(2-5 day shipping). It is now November 18 and I have still not received the product. When i called customer service the girl refused to refund me shipping when I never received anything!!! I dont understand how you can charge someone for something and never send the product????

Refund
I ordered the free 14 day trial and did not receive the product until the 14th day. I was charged on the 15th day and called right away to cancel and get a refund. This happened at the end of August. It is now the middle of October and I have been getting the run around about my refund since the beginning of September. They keep telling me there is an "error in processing" my refund and I have to wait. I have called 4 times and been told the same thing each time. Don't know if I will ever get my money back. So much for their "NO HASSLE" guarantee.

BULLSH**
This is a HUGE scam!!! Do not order this product... About a month or two ago, I was online looking up workouts and meal plans to lose a little extra weight... I found myself at the ultra lean green tea website... the website states FREE ULTRA LEAN GREEN TEA 2 WEEK TRIAL!! what you don't see is that they have already highlighted that you want a subscription to ANOTHER product which is $35, I didn't realize until after I had ordered my "free trial" that shipping and handling is $5, and they had already charged my account the extra $35 for something I had no desire for... Needless to say, I felt decieved and I went ahead and called later that day to cancel my entire account... Well, they didn't tell me it was going to take TWELVE business days to get refunded... so I had to contact them once again to find out the status... only after investigation did i find out that it was going to take longer... I waited and waited, finally after 2 weeks I called back to see what was going on, they then told me that I had some "refund error" and unless you call, they don't notify you about this, so the woman I spoke to told me that she couldn't interpret the message she saw on my account so she was going to hand it over to her supervisor and have her give me a call back, once again... I never received a phone call... (every single time i called I was put on hold for at least 30 minutes), I almost completely forgot about it until today when I checked my account, they had reimbursed me for $5 in shipping and handling and that was all... I called back AGAIN, only to find out that nothing had been done, nobody notified a supervisor, and it was going to take ANOTHER 12 business days...When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that she was extremely busy taking care of "warehouse problems" and that there was no guarantee that she would "find time" to call me back...so now, I sit... and wait...and hope that I get my money back SOMETIME THIS YEAR!!!

Billing
I ordered the free trial.. then in 10 min I decided I was being dumb so I called to cancel... They said I had to wait a hour.. So I called in a hour cancelled and got the cancellation code and informed I do not have to worry about any charges or informing my credit card company... They did say I would be charged 5$ for shipping and handling, I disputed and said no as I dont want anything shipped and order is cancelled. So they said ok.. They were very nice about it..
That night I get a call confirming my order.. I am like no I cancelled it and he was like oh yea ok..
Next thing I know I recive a package from them.. I shipped it back unopen. I also see they charged me for the product and shipping 2 days after I had cancelled.. I have made a complaint with the BBB and also have it disputed with my credit card provider.. As the Green tea company promised to reimburse the charges with in 5 days as I had called them .. they still 30 days later have not done that..And I now have to go through my credit card company.. The seem to hear this story alot with this company.. Do not purchase anything like this..

Unauthorized billing
1st Mistake -Trusting Oprah.com and Dr. Oz to promote reputable products.

2nd mistake - was ordering the 'free' samples of Ultra Lean Green Tea and Wu Yi Green Tea on the website link provided by Oprah.com.

Dubious Business? You decide.

- Ordered online free samples of Ultra Lean Green Tea and Wu Yi Green Tea. Same day response by 'Customer Service' to confirm the 'order' of the free sample. Two phone calls received, one from each product company. Neither time did they mention they were from the same company.

- Upon finally speaking to the Ultra Lean Green Tea/Wu Yi Green Tea 'Customer Service' department this is what I found out.

- 3-5 day delivery Guarantee is non existent in Canada. Yet no mention of this fact.

- Ultra Lean Green Tea/Wu Yi Green Tea- you get a sample, providing you give a credit card number, you ALSO get signed up for an auto ship program, that is NOT mentioned to you. - NOT Approved

- AUTO sign up on a 'Fit Factory' website, Raven Media, program for $29+ per month auto charge. - NOT Approved

Unless you read all of the terms and agreements, you have no idea what you are being signed up for, nor what you are committing to financially. All of the 'Customer Services' numbers are contained in this document also, although you may have to stay on hold for an extended length of time.

SCAM!
Ya, that same thing happened to me too! I got a tube full of packets and a week later was charged. They also said I was supposed to receive a $50 gas card and wal-mart card...which never came! I just got another tube of tea about a week and half ago and was charged another $70. I e-mailed them but got no respones...this place is a scam! they just take your money!!!

Rip Off Charges unauthorized
On Sept 11, 2008, I ordered a sample for 4.99 (US)
i told the company representative I did not want to be placed ontehauto ship. I keep receiving tea and charges are going on my credit card to the tune of $69.87 every two to three weeks. I called the credit card company. UG, they will not put an alert on the account. They want me to dispute each charge. I contend the Green tea company has not authorlity to charge on my account without my authorization.
I wil deduct the charges and pay what I owe and I will
give up my credit card as they were not help in this mess and I learned that we have no pertections from these kinds of fraud actions. Also the credit card company simply credits your card and they don't report the fraus. The write off the charges and the Green tea company get away with this. Maybe this is why so many fraud charges are being charged. If the
business simply writes them off who cares?
I am fed up with this kind of business. It seems the Attorney Generals office woud put a stop to this kind of business practices. Also the credit card company shoudl have a clause in thier contract that says we as a customer can call them to put a watch on our card with companies who continue to make charges unauthorized. This is not healthy for Americans to endure. It is frustrating to say the least and it seems like we are allowing the internet, the government and the enrons of the world to take over our rights.

Don't let these "AH" get away with this. Go below and
get the number Ihave included and call the attorney generals office and make a compliant. They are located in Utah. The AG office will investigate them and make their lives a living hell. I for one am fed up with the internet and ordering honestly and getting dubed with additioanl charges and haveing to spend my time calling to get it removed (if you can get their attention) off my credit card. Each state has a (AG) and that is part of their job to investiagate these kinds of practices.
Look, don't sit hti saside, print it out and make the call. Let's help others as we have now the experience of these businesses that do unethical business.

fraudulous charge
Hey for all of you who were charge 69.87 each month for the Ultra Lean Green tea product " You know the one they claim that oprah was crazy about, the same one you only wanted a trial sample. You have to call : 1-866-540-9633 and ask that they credit you the non othorized cherge for that product, otherwise you will carge a complaint the the Consumer protection agency.

careful they are in Utah, and the time is not the same we have in Montreal.
