erroneous charges
On August 28th I placed a trail order for a sample of tea; my understanding was I could cancel if I didn't like it or they would continue to charge my account. I have not received any product and was shocked to see the $6.95 plus another charge for $37.50 for Power Tea which I clearly did not order. When I called to complain I was told the problem was with Customs and that a second order would also be on its way and charged. I managed to get a supervisor to agree to reversing all charges but we will see. Meanwhile this company has to be stopped. It was only after I was referred to a supervisor that I was able to get agreement for a refund and I don't think everyone who has a problem would push so hard.

Rip-off and unauthorized charges
Ordered Free sample. Charged Shipping fee as per agreement. I made it very clear that I did not want anything else at the time of order. Was charged nearly $70.00 with an overdraft fee of $30.00 2 weeks later. From the number of complaints, I am contacting the Utah BBB, Attorney Generals Office and possibly considering legal recourse.

This is a rip-off!!! When so many people feel cheated like this, it is not right. This company is unscrupulous and misleading. The only way to stop them is for everyone to complain to the proper authorities: Salt Lake City Better Business Bureau:

Don't ever buy it
Don't ever buy this product. IT DOES NOT WORK at all, and not only that, but they say is only going to cost you $5.95 for shipping anhandlying, which is a lay. They will charyou almos $70.00 for the product and they will send you a second order after 14 days for another $70.00 dolars. And when you try to return it they are going to ask you if you want to have fo half of the price. Don't do it, send it back and get your money or you will sig up automatically again.

Unauthorized charges
I has purchased on a trial basis, a month supply of green tea helping in weight loss. I had to only pay for shipping (6.95$) which I did. But, then I get charged another amount and this time it is quite higher : 69.87$ and I haven't bought anything else, was never told I was going to be charge any additional amounts. I have called the number that registered on my credit card for this charge : 866-540-9633) and a woman named Joan told me that if I returned the product I would get a full refund because I threatened her that I would declare this a fraudulent practices, needless to say, I am not a happy camper.

Unable to get my money back
I "RUSH" ordered the 14 day trial of the ultra lean green tea and weeks later have still not received it. Now I have been told it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery as it could get held up at the border coming into Canada. There is a spot on the order form that you have to "unclick" otherwise you are ordering a bottle of pills as well. I phoned immediately after making the mistake and have been told every day since (over two weeks) that they will be crediting my VISA. Each day I phone they say there is a problem and it will be yet another 5 business days before anything will happen. This company is ripping people off, DO NOT order!!

Unauthorized credit card charge
Offered free trial but charged my credit card and sent me another order 3 weeks later and charged my credit card again. I don't want this product and did not order it.

Auto ship orders
I am so thankful for this complaint board that I wanted to add my personal experience. Thanks to all of you whom warned everyone else of possible charges, I was able to act quickly. I had already ordered my trial membership before I decided to look into this product more. I found this complaint board and immediately cancelled my credit card, wrote a letter and called them as well. Thanks to this board, I believe they are making greater efforts to improve customer service. I ordered on a Friday and called to cancel on that next Monday (thx to the complaint board). It took a total of just three minutes to answer my call (called at 12:30 on my lunch break) and the customer rep. (Aaron) helped me right away with no questions asked. I wouldn't have been able to do so without the phone number and mailing address found here.

Rip Off
I did pursue in buying this product and it was only because some of my friends have this product. I bought the trial and was aware that they would charge me $70+ for the second product after 15 days of the trial. Now... I never recieved the first trial and they now charge me for the second order. Why am I being billed for something I never recieved? It took me 30 minutes to get connected to someone from the company and all they told me was that they will have the corporate people help me. Now... I dont understand why I cannot talk to someone right away about the money they are charging me. They CLAIM that the product was shipped to my house in July and then again today!! OUt of all days... today!! Now... i live alone... and I do NOT have any product of such. This either makes me believe that the company is very inaccurate adn irresponsible OR there is a neighborhood theft around! And if there is a strange thief... why is he stealing this product?? Now... should i be responsible for something like this? Should I have to pay the fees for something that i did not recieve?

Ripoff
I finally did get in touch with someone today. I also called my bank and they gave me credit for some of the charges this company made. The woman I spoke to this moring asked me if I had read the Terms And Agreement...I didn't lie, I told her no. Then she just became very pissy with me. I told her they had hit me 3 times for the month of August...$69.87...she said they hit me once...I said it is on my statement 3 times...8/18 being the latest. I told her I didn't want the product anymore and I don't want to be charged anymore. She offered me a deal to stay on the product...get it for half price! I said I didn't want it at all anymore...just stop taking my money! But she did not offer to give me any credits for the money they took this month. Now I will call my bank back and see what I can do again. I don't trust this company...all the do is lie to you! Maybe I should call back tomorrow and get someone different...and see if I can get my money back..at least some of it anyway. Any ideas, people?
