I just want to cancel my membership. Too expensive and I have found other alternatives.

Illegal charge to credit card. DID NOT AUTHORIZE charge DID NOT ORDER PRODUCT! SCAM BIG TIME

This company offered a free 30 day trial. It has just sent me a package (received today 11/14) but billed my card on 10/15.
I did not authorize this product at all. In addition, they billed my card for $69.87 on 9/27; again, unauthorized.

I just got off the phone with Vanessa #234 from Ultra Lean. I was sent a package in Sept which I immediately sent back rejected through our Postal Service. She claims it wasn't received by them and that makes it over 30 day $ back. I received another shipment yesterday which they charged 69.87 on my credit card. I never gave them any permission to send any more than the 1st shipment. This would be the 3rd.
I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
What else can be done?

I tried the initial "free" product (plus $4.95 s/h) but found upon arrival that the product contains sucralose, which I do not eat under any circumstances. I began trying to find out where to send the unused product for refund. I also wanted to cancel the automatic shipments of this product for the future. I could not find anything online with the company contact information.

In the meantime, a telemarketer actually called our house to confirm I got the product. I told her that I wanted to return it and to cancel any future shipments. She ensured me that I did not have to return the product I had, and that I would be removed from the automatic shipment list.

Guess what just arrived in my mailbox? Yep... another container of this stuff. And I've been charged over $60 for it. HELP!!! Does anyone know how to stop this type of thing???!!
