My sunroom was installed in the latter part of 2004 but the roof has leaked continuously ever since. I had Ultra's local dealer send his installer to repair this problem in 2005 at which time he re-caulked the roof. I had to call again in 2006 and again in 2008 (after I contacted Ultra to intercede for me) and again a month ago in 2010 (6 inches of rain in just one pail). Even during this period of time, the roof continued to leak during all heavy downpours. Each time, he re-caulks the roof which just doesn’t stop the leakage. Ultra's response...roof leakage is not covered under their Warranty!!! And here I thought that a roof on a brand new sunroom shouldn't leak...dumb me!
