I did receive my pixie pack, but never received a prior confirmation, and it took over two weeks. I tried everyway I could think of to follow up on my order, with no luck; all of my attempts to contact www.wuyipixiepack.com/800-919-2846 have been unsuccessful. I too am pissed off and afraid that I am one of many who have fallen for this scam.

I am also very upset with Facebook/Yahoo, as it was their commercials that I responded too - and there were MANY so I stupidly thought it was probably a repretable company, and worth a try. I hope we can all get our orders (or should I say undelivered orders) stopped, and refunds/removal processed to avoid any future charges. I am going to contact my credit card company first thing tomorrow morning, and suggest that others do the same. Best of Luck!
