Do not do business with this company. When i ordered the product i was told it would be 4.95 for my free sample of the product. i received the product does not work. I received a call from a sales rep telling me for 44.00 i will receive some sort of tray which would enhance the product, i refused. 2 weeks later i noticed a charge on my account. the following week i noticed another charge of 87.62 again. totaling 165.24 for something that was a free trial offer and nothing else. when i called the company at 18669892686 i spoke with Nicholas who was the operator, he explained to me the charges. i explained to nicholas why i was upset and asked him who the ceo of the company was he did not know. odd i told him i know who my ceo is and who i work for, thought maybe he was working for osama bin laden. he laughed. I asked him for the email address to his corporate they do not have one . even in todays world and a web sight that sells there product they did not have this information. the only thing he could give me is an address at 3600 army post rd, desmoines iowa, 50321. this is really beginning to sum up to a scam. this has really sent me running from e-commerce, And if i was in Desmoines Iowa i would drive to army post rd and see if it was really there. I am going to forward this the the attorney generals office in Washington DC and i hope that they find this e-company negligent of fraud and crack down on all of these sorry companies.
