Credit card charges
I see many had the same thing happen to them. Discovered a charge for $79.95 on my card. I called the 866 number and was told that the website ad stated I had 14 days to call and cancel and then I would be charged - which I was. I didn't see anything like that. Here is their hook. They will cancel the $79.95 charge when you call BUT I would be charged for ANOTHER shipment at $34.95 and I would have to call back and cancel that shipment but still be charged! So supposedly I would have 2 shipments and one charge of $34.95 and then not be charged anymore?! What a scam - Please don't ANYONE go for this crap. It is just that - CRAP.

unauthorized charges
Not clear at all that free sample involves committment to cancel future orders within 14 days. No message that there is a future order coming. Product arrives with no way to return..no email or forwarding address or phone number. Refuse to refund the first order for $69.00!

automatic charge every month
the same thing happened to me with this company. i noticed a charge on my credit card after i received the product in the mail.
i called the 800 number, 866-540-9633 and they told me i would be credited back within 3-12 business days.
i will look for the credit within the next couple weeks.

Unauthorized Charges
I agree this is deceptive advertising and exceedingly expensive.
I called for a "Free" Sample and the next thing I knew there were 2 charges for $70 on my credit card.
When I called the representative said NOTHING about having to cancel "my subscription" in 30 days.
I consider this fraudulent and am shocked that Oprah and Dr Oz have endorsed this product!!!

unauthorized cahrge
Their "free trial" came with a subsequent charge of $69.87. The advertisement was unclear as to this upcoming charge. The product does not work. The company does NOT answer their customer service calls. They leave you on hold with music, and then hang up on you.

Unauthorized Charges
This company has refused to refund anauthorized charges, refused to refund in a timely manner, refused to allow anyone to speak to a superior, was rude, uncooperative and completely unprofessional.

charges
I am unsatisfied with ultragreenlean, the flavors are sickly sweet and the so called free sample ended up costing $69.87. I have cancelled my account and disputed the fraudulent$69.87 charge with American Express, and they have credited my account.
Just like several people I have now googled regarding this company, I was not aware at any time that I would be charged a monthly fee for this so called “free” trial, and furthermore, the charge is much too expensive for the product. The website is misleading and the transaction, borderline fraudulent. I am returning this so-called “free” sample to them. This whole transaction with ultragreelean has been upsetting and was not worth the time it has cost me.

credit card fraud
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card bill. I had placed an order that was "free" with the exception of shipping and handling. I have seen other complaints about this company now and want to warn others.
They were very rude on the phone and said I didn't read the terms. Trust me - there was nothing saying I would be charged $70.00.
