Fraud
I only ordered the trail size and never gave authorized charged on my credit card, yet the company has continued to send 3 more and charge it to my account without my knowledge, I have called the company, cannot speak to anyone, have e-mailed them at [email protected] and have just got a comment with a incident number but no refund as of yet or an address to ship the 3 unauthorized orders back to them, this has been ongoing for 3 months now trying to get it resolved, would appreciate any info on how to make this company accountable, and how I can obtain a refund, the containers are all unopened |

Canceling your order
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! The company is a huge ripoff. First, the product does not work. When I tried to cancel it, you can't. They keep sending you the product and charging your credit card. I finally reached someone after trying for four months and I was told that they would only refund my money for one order. That's their policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I was speaking to one. I hope this helps someone from being ripped off like I was.

COST
I ORDERED THIS GREEN TEA WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE WITH $4.95 SHIPPING. I RECEIVED MY STATEMENT AND THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ALMOST $70.00. I DO NOT EXPECT TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT WOULD LIKE TO INFORM OTHERS OF THIS SCAM.

Unauthorized charge
I, like others, ordered the $4.95 shipping fee offer, and when I got my bank statement, there was a charge for $69.87 that I had not authorized! I called, and the man I spoke to was very RUDE, and informed me that when I clicked on "Submit" that I authorized the additional charge. Too, it was charged 16 days after I ordered, which gave no consideration for delivery time, which was about lO days. Here's his phone number, which was shown on my bank statement. Good luck

CREDIT CARD RIPOFF
I ORDERED THE PRODUCT, CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO CANCEL (LEFT MESSAGE TO RETURN CALL FOR VERIFICATION) . RECEIVED " 30 FREE" SAMPLES, TRIED A FEW (DIDN'T CARE FOR), BUT THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER GO UNTIL...MY NEXT CREDIT STATEMENT HAD 2 $69.87 CHARGES 2 WEEKS APART.THE FIRST APPARENTLY FOR "FREE" SAMPLES & ANOTHER FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS RETURNED TO SENDER.MY C.C. COMPANY REMOVED THE SECOND CHARGE, BUT ULTRALEAN SAYS IT WILL TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO REMOVE THE 1ST ONE.

CREDIR CARD CHARGES
ORIGINALLY ORDERD THE 30-DAY FREE TRIAL SAMPLE (ONLY PAY THE $5.95 S & H) ON JUNE 10 OR 11, 2008. CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO CANCEL & LEFT MESSGAGE FOR THEM TO RETURN CALL WITH CONFIRMATION. RECIEVED FIRST DELIVERY OF THE FREE TRIAL SAMPLE 2 DAYS LATER IN THE MAIL. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. ON JULY 14 $69.87 WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD (NO NEW PRODUCT WAS SENT) & JULY 29 $69.87 WAS CHARGED ON MY CARD. REFUSED DELIVERY & RETURNED 2ND SHIPMENT.
WHEN I RECEIVED THE CREDIT CARD STATEMNT WITH THE CHARGES ON I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO HAVE CHARGES REMOVED. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 DAY TO REMOVE THE 2ND CHARGE, BUT THAT THE HAD NOT RECEIVED MY CANCELATION NOTICE & OWED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE 1ST "FREE SAMPLE". i HAVE ALSO CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS FILING A DISPUTE.
I DID TAKE 6 OF THE "FREE SAMPLES", BUT AM RETURNING THE BALANCE TO THEM JUST TO BE SURE I GET THE FIRST CREDIT.
THE TELEPHONE PERSONNEL i SPOKE WITH THE FIRST TIME, YOLANDA, INSISTED THAT I HAD ORDERED A "14DAY" SAMPLE & OWED FOR THE BALANCE AS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY CANCELATION PHONE CALL, BUT THEY SAY PHONE CALLS WERE ATTEMPTED WITH NO ANSWER( I DO HAVE VOICE MAIL). THE TELEPHONE PERSON ALSO SAID THEY HAD DELIVERY RECORDS FOR BOTH SHIPMENTS (HOWEVER NO RECORD OF THE RETURN TO SENDER)

Unauthorized charges
They advertise trial of their product for a minimal fee with no further commitment. They continue to charge your credit card and send zero product/shows up on statement as software?????? Not tea???? There is no phone number to reach them. I am disputing charges through my credit card. It is a scam totally!
