I signed up for a 30 day trial of a product called 'Ultralift". I received the product, but never used it. Then I received a secoind shipment of the same product a few days later. I called the company and cancelled the account. The representative advised me that I was within the 30 days cancellation timefram and to return both shipments for a full credit.

I also signed up for another 30 day trial for a product called "dazzle White". When I received the product, I realized that it was from the same company. I tried the product and decided it was not what I wanted, so I called in and cancelled this order also. The representative advised me to return the product and I will be fully credited.

3 weeks later, I received another shipment of the Dazzle white. I called the company to ensure my account was cancelled. They informed me that the 30 days had expired before they processed the return shipment and I will not be getting the credit. They have the product and the payment and unfortunately, they cannot send back the product.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and the representative advised me that there was no one higher than her that I can speak with.

Is this a what you call a SCAM!

i tried the trial offer only, and did not order any further product, but they have sent me a bottle of ultralift, so now how do i cancel it and stop any further shipments.
