The note below is one that I was going send to the complany selling the product UltraRes. There is no means to send them any correspondence, only a phone number to call. I called to try to get the product cancelled. They could not find my name or order number in the system. This is smelling of fraud all the way. I'll be sending a letter to the BBB today. I have also contact my bank to try to get the charges reversed.

I ordered your trail product on 10-3-09. I was charged $3.95 SH. As of today 11-3-09 I have not received the trail nor have I received the monthly regiment which I was charged $84.01. This is to serve notice to cancel the membership. I have contacted my bank to have the charges reversed. A call was made today, 11-3-09 at 10am to verbally cancel the membership, I spoke to Stella. She could not find my account. Attached is the “conformation receipt” from you company including the order number.
