It is difficult to find companies with integrity anymore and this is certainly NOT one of them! After charging my account "before" I received any product and after I canceled any membership...within THEIR alloted time. They charged my account for over $85.00...causing an overdraft and me many problems in an economic time of strife for most of us.

Then...because I had the audacity to complain about all of this they won't credit back the the money they illegally took. Even tho they have had their product returned unopened for a month. Each time I call they tell me they are updating their system. For a month! Obviously they have the money so they have control. Rather than live by their own agreement they chose to lie and lead me on about my refund...which they seem to no intention of taking care of appropiately.

They are based in the British west indies...an easy place to hide such unscurpulous business tactics. The young women I have had to deal with are rude and seem to enjoy excersing their power.

It is because of these very kind of practises that we are in the trouble of these economic times...when the "big man" beats up the little one had holds his livelihood hostage. A person who deals with them MUST be desperate about their "wrinkles" when there are other companies out there who treat their clients with respect and appreciation.

I cancelled my susbscription because I don't like the product. It actually makes me hungry, can't lose wait if all you want to do it eat. I asked for a return address to send the product back. They offered me another bottle at a discount of 1/2 the normal cost. When I told them that I wasn't interested they offered me another 1/2 discount from the previous offer. I told them I didn't want the product, just wanted to return it. They told me that I can't return the merchandise even though I haven't opened it and I won't get a credit.
The company is just a scam, because the cost is 82.61 every two weeks and you can't take all the pills in a two week period.

I ordered the free trail and they charged my credit card for the shipping and handeling and before I even got the pills another 84.01 for the next order. I tried to call them and was on hold for over 3 hours finally hung up and tried again and was on hold for another hour. When I finally got a hold of a customer rep. they told me there is nothing they could do for me and I could not return the pills or get my money back. They wouldn't even let me speek to a supervisor. So I would not recommend buying this pill unless you plan on paying $84 before you even know if it works!!!
