	DOUG DALTON July 21, 2011 EXTENSIN CORD MY HUSBAND PURCHASED AN INNOVA DIGITAL DOUBLE STAINLESS STEEL DEEP FRYER MODEL 14278.416101 FROM THE TV. he passed away before he could try it out. I used it one time last year and the extension cord does not work now. They do not answer their customer service number 800-767-5160. IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET A NEW CORD.
	walter d hazelip December 5, 2008 ultrex we have many ultrex kitchen product and have had problems with all with in a year. no satisfaction with warranty on these products. the inside non stick pealing off within a year or sooner.this product is not what they claimed. also you can not get in contact with them to even talk about it . we found this website by accident to complain about ultrex. i am sure if other people found this website there would be many more complaints with this company. this ripoff should have been addressed long before now.
	September 13, 2008 Warranty ripoff I too own a set of Ultrex cookware. I heard that it was supposed to be great. If HSN or other retailers are going to sell an item and tout its greatness, then they should be held accountable if the manufacturer goes out of business. What are we ( the gullible consumers ) supposed to do now? Will nobody stand up for us?
