I had been in the hospital for 10 days and when went to check by account balance there were 4 charges for$19.95. For someone who makes just over minimum wage and never agreed to purchase anyhing, ths came as quite a shock. I do intend to write a very nasty letter to the company, and I do mean nasty. 1 more bogus charge and I will see them in court.
